Application data is received via email to our team inbox (info@merchantclubsa.com) and is not stored in any external database at this time. Email is secured and access is limited to the Merchant Club SA team.
4. How Long We Keep It
We retain application data for up to 12 months. If your application is not accepted, you may request deletion at any time.

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver application emails. Resend processes your submitted data only to transmit the email and does not retain it. We use Vercel (vercel.com) for hosting. No data is shared with any other third party.
